• Identify, train, and develop personnel competencies with a focus on developing improvement opportunities and implementation of action plans.
• Ensure personnel comply with all relevant laws, procedures, regulations, and guidelines at work.
• Continuously improve HSE standards across our operations.
• Employees are to maintain total compliance with the provisions of this Policy.
