Wade has significant knowledge and experience in the African oil and gas sector. He has been involved in numerous projects over the past 25 years in Africa including:

• Founder and former Chairman/Chief Executive Officer of Mart Resources (TSX listed); a Company which provided financial and technical support to a number of marginal field projects in Nigeria.
• Founder and Director of Regalis Petroleum, a Company focused on an oil development project in Chad.
• Founder of Signet Petroleum, an African focused Exploration Company. Signet concluded a significant transaction with Shell Exploration in Namibia in 2014.
• Co-founder of Centurion Oil & Gas Limited, a North African focused oil and Gas Company.
