Ibironke Olaniyi is the Chief Financial Officer of Eroton Exploration & Production Company Limited. She has a B.Sc. in Computer Science/Accounting and a master’s degree in Finance from the University of Leicester.

Her work experience spans diverse aspects of Information Technology, Finance and risk management. In her over 2 decades of professional work life, 15 of those years have been honed in the Oil & Gas industry.

Prior to joining Eroton in 2015, she started off her career in IT before branching into the Accounting and Finance function. She served in various roles in finance in the Oil and Gas sector in addition to her accounting functions including as Head of Risk Management and Internal Control in Oando Supply and Trading limited, as a Director on the board of Ebony Oil and Gas Ghana and as an Executive Director of Finance in Hyde Energy Limited.

Notably, she pioneered the creation of a risk department, designing and implementing a robust risk management framework for project execution in Oando.

Ibironke is a Fellow (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a Member of the Computer Association of Nigeria (ACOAN).
